As I mentioned in my review of the MTE P7 torch from Deal Extreme, while the P7 provides an excellent, bright light I felt it would work better for mountain biking mounted on the bars coupled with a bright, lighter, helmet mounted torch. I did plenty of research once again and gathered many different opinions from forums and the like before plumping for the Trustfire TR-801 Q5. The iphone is a great device, it’s way more than just a phone there are quite a few genuinely useful applications for it in the App Store. Some of the most useful of these apps are navigational applications such as TomTom, Runkeeper, CycleMeter and much more.

I ride a mountain bike and recently found myself looking for a powerful light for riding at night. Riding off-road in darkness requires a very powerful light indeed, and mountain bike specific lights for this purpose are very expensive. While researching the available options, reading mountain bike forums and the like I discovered a number of people using powerful flashlights from Deal Extreme on their bikes, apparently with a great deal of success.
There are many different lights on Deal Extreme and it can be difficult differentiating one from the other. Largely speaking, lights are divided up by...
